Key personnel of Greenacre's team are members of the Institute of Building which supports Greenacre growing reputation for a professional high standard of Construction.
The construction department is lead by Dave Simmonds (Managing Director) with Simon McKeown and Craig Hatchard (Construction Directors) heading a head office team of contracts managers surveyors and buyers. Greenacre also employ there own site managers and maintenance staff to ensure the continuity of standards and that the drawing board concept is is delivered into a tangible reality.
