Once the housing associations needs and a suitable site have been identified, our Design Team will set about the task of obtaining a planning consent. There are no shortcuts toa quality development and our Architectural Services Team combines a practical working knowledge of planning systems together with years of experience and the latest technology.
Acquiring sites and resolving planning issues are important to Greenacre, but only when the construction by our Development Team is completed is our job finished.
