Founded by George Aldersley in 1990, with a single vision: to build high quality functional housing to meet the varying needs of the market at a reasonable price and reduce the involvement of clients and customers to a minimum. Our aim above is to keep our promises and commitments to all clients and fulfill contracts.Not only has this vision been accomplished over the past eighteen years, but also extended as Greenacre has become a fully fledged property and construction consultancy providing a broad range of services in-house as client partnerships have developed.With a team of over forty employees, many of whom have been with the company since its inception, Greenacre is proud to be recognised as a family firm with strong values and ethics. Personal relationships, commitment and trust play a large part in what we do.Our team is broadly split into two:Land acquisition, planning and design.Construction, project management, delivery and customer focus. Each of the teams works closely together to ensure that all aspects of the project are progressed and handled efficiently.
