New structures need to comply with the BREEAM codes for sustainable homes, with our current projects being constructed with a rating code of 3 - 4.Customer focus – Greenacre operates a customer focussed management programme, where we ensure that our clients and their stakeholders' (residents') needs are met. Follow up and traceability play a key part in progressing requests and outcomes.Residents – Greenacre considers residents very carefully prior to any work or developmentproceeding. In many cases local residents and consultation meetings are held to consider the likely impact of the scheme.Community – Greenacre invests in local communities and associations and pledges charitable donations to specific good causes. Greenacre also operates under the Considerate Constructor Scheme to ensure that it is a responsible and caring neighbour during the site clearance and build phases of a programme.
