It’s literally second guessing clients’ requirements and considering all aspects of a development in the wider context of the overall project.Experience and insight has helped us work more efficiently, and made us capable of handling situations and specific challenges by providing solutions and options, rather than asking questions. Where possible, we aim to minimise the non-productive involvement with our clients, by keeping them aware of a project’s progress, summarising the work schedule and status with regular work flow meetings highlighting key decisions as they need to be made.
