We also act as land agents, approaching freeholders to ‘start the ball rolling’ through to negotiation and purchase wherever possible to reduce commissions and lead times.Land acquisition is about much more than the purchase of the land itself, it involves a detailed assessment and analysis of each parcel, the possible planning and build issues and many questions; from how expensive will this project be to deliver, to questions about the build and construction and difficulty of the site.We’re particularly accomplished at thinking through the issues and scenarios and how they effect planning, the designs for the building the impact on budgets - before any recommendations are presented.
